Questions before switching

Do I own my domain?

Yes. It's registered in your name, in your own account, and we're added as a helper. If you ever leave, you keep the domain and a copy of your site.

My site is on WordPress or a website builder. Can you still help?

Yes, by rebuilding it. We don't move WordPress or website-builder sites as they are. We rebuild them as a fast, simple site that needs no plugin updates, for a one-time fee. WordPress rebuilds start at $400, and the free check tells you what yours would involve.

I take payments or bookings on my site. Will that keep working?

Yes. Card payment, booking and scheduling tools keep working. We test each one before we switch anything.

What happens to my email?

If your email runs through your domain, we move it with the site so nothing gets lost. Forward it to your personal inbox for free, or get a business inbox from $3 a month.

What happens on the call?

We call you at the time you picked. The first 15 minutes cover what the check found and what it would cost to fix or switch. The rest of the 30 minutes is for your questions. There's no pressure to sign up.
